The staff is unpresentable, I ask for help to operate at their ATM and they tell me that they will give me the help from my bank since I am not a customer. Without sense. It makes me laugh because I have worked in banking and I have never given that answer. Of pity.

The man at the window is very nice (let the irony be noted)...I won't be coming back! They solve things for me better by call than in person...Embarrassing every day we are lazier.

I have been trying to contact the office through the phone number for 6 days. It is shameful that they don't even call you back after leaving your information over and over again so they can contact you. It's pathetic! How disgusting is the lack of desire to work
