Yesterday I accompanied mine, I had a previous appointment confirmed with the manager at 1pm, we arrived at 12:46 and verified by registering on the machine they have to request a shift; around one o'clock a girl asked me who I was waiting for and I told her that we had an appointment with the manager, and that I had registered the arrival on the machine, she told me that she had done it "manually". There were no more customers in the office, I saw the manager making a phone call and I thought he would answer me when he was done, but he started tinkering with the computer, it was past one o'clock, I thought we would be called straight away, but it wasn't like that, he went to another office, when he left, he continued to ignore us. A. at approximately 13:20 we decided to leave without doing the management. It seems more and more that customers are doing us in the offices!
They are very slow, they only have one person at the cashier, waiting for hours and hours. You can spend hours there waiting for them to attend to you or for it to be your turn, if there is an incident or the system is slow, they will not say anything, people end up leaving without doing the management or waiting hours to be able to do the management.
The man at the counter has no desire to work or help. He doesn't give you the full information and just wants you to leave. In addition, the office did not open on time, only a few hours that it is open and they are still open late.
