I called to do a procedure and the girl who provided terrible service only wanted information about the office that belongs to my partner and she didn't give it to me, plus they don't know how to speak English, hire workers who know English because in Barcelona, there a lot of tourism and it's the main thing!!!! shameful service!! open the complaint to the headquarters
