It seems ridiculous to me that you try to call by phone and get the robot that, after asking you for your information, does not answer you and hangs up on you. And I just wanted to know what hours they have to pay bills. A great shame.

It's 9:10 and the bank is closed, I can't even use the ATM, what a shame, they tell me 5 minutes but nothing, lateness, but for collections they are really fast and not to mention charging you commissions!!
