Had to wait over 30 minutes just to pay a parking fine !!!! Nice staff working there but it’s not efficient to just have two people working there on a morning. In the end someone helped me and apologized

Robbing b*sards. A 6 euro transaction fee. Feeling rather violated.

The truth is that I have always had a good experience, they have advised me on how to open my account and supported it, I have constantly maintained direct contact via telephone, if necessary, also via email. No commission is charged if you are a bank customer to withdraw money and the health insurance they offer has been good for me.

They didn't let me get money from the ATM at 8:20 in the morning because it was closed, a man came out from inside and kicked me out... amazingly horrible treatment (they open at 8:30)

I haven't seen worse people working in a bank. I do not advise being a customer. As other customers say, there is very poor service.
