I put a star because it cannot be put less... rude, xenophobic and unprofessional treatment by the staff... a pity that they skip the bank's operations and do what they want. Additionally, they do not comply with the agreement… total disaster!

Terrible attention, little staff! They never answer the office phone and the manager never answers your emails or her work cell phone. The truth is that it's a pity for the branch, directly take everything to another bank. Greetings.
