Very, very poor service. Ignored customers. I waited for one hour, because my account and card were blocked. The lady in the bank was serving people who came after me, did not help me at all because I'm a foreigner. Very appalling for a bank.
Very fast service. Attentive and respectful bank manager. He patiently explains all the details, although as foreigners we do not understand everything. You can tell that he works with his heart and tries to help. I highly recommend it!
Today we went to open a company account. A pity the investment in advertising... customers queue to speak with the only person with availability. The director is only his office, in other banks visited later...the director has left, has asked if he could help with something...we go for image, for camaraderie. But not only that... the best thing is when he has left, he has avoided the line and has gone to have breakfast. Logically...we will not open a company account with BBVA, we have preferred to pay maintenance fees at another bank.
