It spends more time closed than open... They have an ATM inside, but separate from the office, and whenever you need it you can never use it because they close the outside door, what's the point of that? Most banks, including other BBVA branches, keep the office door closed but the outside door, to access the ATM, is left open. This one, on the other hand, is always closed. You want to withdraw money on a Sunday and you can't because it's closed. You want to withdraw money weekly at 6:00 p.m. and suddenly you arrive and it's closed. You go on a Saturday to get money and more of the same. Every time I need to withdraw money I go with the uncertainty of knowing whether or not I will be able to withdraw money because it is most likely closed and I will have to travel half the city to reach another ATM. Please solve this ASAP. I live across the street, and every time I need to withdraw money, instead of losing 2 minutes I lose 30 minutes going to another one. Thank you so much!
