You can believe all the positive reviews! A better service than most UK banks. I can't fault the customer service given to me here, by Benjamin Sanchez. As a non-resident, I was able to open an account at this branch with full confidence in Benjamin's communication. Everything was completed in less than half an hour. Benjamin is very knowledgeable and explains the bank's services very clearly. It was a pleasure meeting with him.
