There is only one ATM, and it is always broken. For a town like Villaviciosa, there should be two, at least.

A horror, there is not a day that I do not go to make a deposit and it takes two hours, I think that the box should be fast transactions, since you only have it until 11 in the morning. When someone has to block the box for an hour, they should make an appointment, or have a colleague help the cashier, who is a lovely person, by the way.

Poor ATM maintenance. Useless and incompetent staff. The teller registered a withdrawal of money but did not dispense the bills. I spent an hour for them to solve the problem and on top of that, with the bad faces of the woman who works at the cash desk, at least the colleague was kinder. To give me the money in cash, they justified it in their system with a cash withdrawal of the previous amount + 2 euros of commission... an absolute disaster... Of course, they are the first to collect commissions. This is the straw that breaks the camel's back with this bank. Now I'm counting the days to go to another...
