My appointment at this office usually lasted no more than 2 minutes!

I had to go on several occasions and he always attended me with a smile and explained the entire process that we had to follow.
I hope that the banks, not just BBVA, take note of workers like Begoña, because they are the type of people we want to see us in the branch.
