It is a shame that I do everything through the App, that I have a mortgage, three insurances, a portfolio of securities and all the direct debits with you and that you are frying me for commissions. My partner has already gone to ING and I encourage all BBVA clients to do the same to pay less fees.
Terrible service, a real nightmare. I've been trying to talk to my account manager for days, no one answers the agency's phone, no one answers the mobile phone and no one answers my emails. It's frustrating because I'm thousands of miles away and I can't go to the agency to try to solve the problem.
