I showed up at the offices without an appointment, considering it was an emergency, they treated me perfectly. Then they managed the problem very well for me.

In the office on Av. From Navarra, you have to wait outside on your feet, because with the excuse of the covid they don't let you pass and wait sitting. I had to go because there was no way to make an appointment online or by phone. And in the end the very very unpleasant girl. I am a customer but I have already gone to another bank to change.

There is no way for them to pick up the phone, I have tried the three offices in Irun and NONE of them pick up the phone, it's embarrassing...
