First of all, clarify that this review is directed at the cashier service, and I mean the service, not the person who serves it (the girl who usually serves me at the cashier has always been very friendly and attentive). For her I put two and not one. More stars is impossible when attention to both people and companies is from 8:30 to 11:00. I am alone at my job and in the morning I work from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with such reduced cashier hours, that they don't even have one day a week extended, it is impossible to go. And the response from the person who answered the phone was practically that it was what there was and that in Oviedo there were offices with longer hours. Obviously if I can't go to this one, leaving at 1:30 p.m., Oviedo is unthinkable. In short, it is not my decision which bank to work with and it is what it is. If my opinion is of any use to improve this situation and avoid personnel cuts or replacement by machines... here it is.
