Worst service ever, ignorant and non English speaking

Very happy with BBVA, both in person or even online, it has a service of 10 for its clients. Sonia is a wonderful manager

It's 1:54 p.m., it says it closes at 2:15 p.m. and it's already closed, I've asked for permission from work for nothing because they don't comply with what's established.

It is a major horror, or is there a way to talk to them. Not everything is the app. There are older people who do not know how to handle phones or apps, but their savings are kidnapped there. A little more humanity.

Terrible customer service! Avoid, the manager is a disaster there, very rude when I visited, a long time ago. She was very silly, yelling at everyone around her even customers!
