I cannot evaluate the office service because I have not used it, but what I experienced today at the ATM is like a court of duty. For work I have to deposit at an ATM quite often. It's third world because they don't give you money but today one of the ATMs didn't allow entry and the other didn't even give you money. The arrangements half done and not because of me. It is the duty of the bank and its employees that the ATMs are 100% operational, especially when we are practically forced to carry out transactions via the ATM or online.

A tough-faced office, one of the worst I've seen from BBVA, to begin with, they don't even have a cash register and then they still charge you 220 euros to write a check to take and close all the accounts. They don't care about taking care of the customer.

I've been trying for a few days to go in the evening to deposit money, but there is a junkie watching Netflix with headphones, I don't want to bother him and I don't know if I have to ask him for an appointment. Any clarification I would be happy to read. All the best.

If you need a Certificate of Positions after the death of a family member, prepare 90 euros plus VAT. It's incredible, banking business is done even with death. A shame.
