I went in mid-February to open an account and Esther helped me. Her help was incredible, she went out of her way to solve all the obstacles that arose, and all this while serving several clients who came in asking about her and without ever losing her calm or smile. I was impressed. A 10.

Hello good. I am going to tell my experience with this branch. I'm from Valencia and so are my parents. First of all, I am not a BBVA customer, but my parents are. Well, in August 2022 my bag was stolen and I filed the corresponding report. I was authorized on my parents' BBVA accounts. They are separated. In November, my parents looked at their accounts and discovered that they had been taken out of their savings accounts all year. Money they had. Being retired. They went to their BBVA branch (Mislata and Paterna) and were told that the money had been withdrawn at BBVA Solares, at the counter, with a worker there, and a woman had gone posing as me and forged the signature. THEY DID NOT SEE IT SUSPICIOUS THAT SOMEONE FROM VALENCIA WENT TO SOLARS TO EMPTY TWO SAVINGS ACCOUNTS AND ALSO THEY DID NOT VERIFY MY IDENTITY, therefore as negligent as the top of a pine tree. (I tried to contact this branch and it was impossible) The thing does not end here, since I am making an extension of the report of my theft. One with my mother and another with my father, in November as soon as everything happened and we attached all the documentation to the Mislata and Paterna branches. Well, we are still waiting for the money. In the Mislata and Paterna branches they say that this is handled by customer service and they wash their hands saying that they do not have access to that information. Terrible treatment of my parents by the directors of both branches. At BBVA Paterna they have already asked my father for the documentation 3 times when from minute zero everything has been delivered and in order. They just make you dizzy. And at BBVA Mislata 3/4 of the same, making my mother sign a receipt, as if they were going to pay her and it's been two months since she signed it. This is a joke. They do nothing but delay the matter so as not to pay my parents. So we are going to take measures on another level. Be careful with this entity. Professionalism and legality are conspicuous by their absence.

I have been with BBVA for a few years and the attention, as well as Esther and Kike, is very good. When I bought the house, it was super good when applying for the mortgage and if I have had any problem, they try to solve it in the most decisive way. I prefer that close treatment than that of the advisor online.

Bank management in general and services is good. The customer service by the director of the Bank or person in charge at this time yesterday and today March 16 and 17, 2020, disastrous! Bad educated and carefree. Very disgusting a shame.
