José went above and beyond past opening hours to help me fully resolve my case, and was helping others as well after me. Exceptional, thank you again José!
The ostentatious office. The service, pitiful. I was a customer for many years and I see that they continue in their line of ineffectiveness. Two years later, they are still the same or worse than when I made my first review.
I have to make a deposit into an account of the entity and they are all inconveniences and problems: "non-customers" are only served on Tuesdays and Thursdays from the 12th to the 24th of the month from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (as it sounds; if you have to make an urgent deposit outside of those days and times, find a client who will do it for you but during the hours that are also available for them).
The ATM only allows deposits of €999 per day because I don't identify myself, but it also doesn't let me do it with my bank card or electronic ID, which tells you when you've done everything and put in the money. NOTIFY BEFORE.
When you can finally make the deposit at the counter, apart from taking the number and waiting for a while, they charge you a commission that can reach €3 and the deposit is in an account of their entity. Regrettable. Instead of charging the customer for everything, save on facilities that with a smaller location are more than enough for the poor service they provide.
Everything by appointment, bad service, bad management. They cheat you on mortgages. When you complain to them they become arrogant, they treat you as if you were second rate. All banks deceive you but at least with kindness.

Meanwhile, he wanted to set up the account with the passport number, which is valid. But they forced him to close the account, treating it with arrogance and contempt. A little empathy would be good.
