Terrible attitude every time we go, they don't want to work, they send you somewhere else, even though it is their job. I opened an account online and had to go to an office to verify my identity, but when I arrived they told me that I could not do it with my passport together with my (permanent) NIE, because that was not proof of identity... as a result I could not open an account, even if I have all the necessary papers.
