I give it one star because it won't let me give less. In my opinion, the lady at the window is a despot and arrogant. CEO whose name is Marian. I have gone to make a request and in a very bad manner she tells me that if the director is not there to sign the document I cannot, by chance the director arrives, I speak with him and he tells her that yes, he should make the request for me. . While I am talking to the director, a woman who was behind me puts on the window to do what she has to do. When this person finishes, I get in and she continues to bother me and goes back to talking to the director, if that were not enough, even though I am at the window, she continues processing the documentation of the previous client and to make matters worse, she tells me no. He goes to serve her first because hers is fast, I tell her no, I was there first and the lady also tells her no, no, I was there first. She continues with the lady's processing and since I don't move and the window, after a while she leaves the lady's thing and gets on with mine. He continues to give me all kinds of problems, to the point that he gives me the documentation. I tell him again that no, let him do it for me and in a very bad manner he takes the papers again and finally gets down to it. It takes less than 3 and a half minutes. What a pity!! With people who are willing to work and be kind to the public and they have this woman.

I went first thing in the morning to pay a tax (model 700). I have been attended by a lady who has told me that due to a missing piece of information, she cannot do it. That I call BBVA in Las Palmas de G.C to solve the problem. In the Call for oppositions it appears very clear that outside the CC.AA of the Canary Islands the 700 model is giving problems and that a bank employee must take charge and call. I quote the words of this lady: « I am not going to carry out this procedure because I am not going to waste my time calling. Besides, I have a lot of things to do ». On the other hand, he maintains that "Today, non-customers are not served" and there is a sign that says that non-customers will be served on Tuesdays and Thursdays (today, 12/27/2022 is Tuesday, what a coincidence!) SHAMEFUL , PENOROUS AND SAD THE TREATMENT RECEIVED BY THIS LADY who has taken me for a fool. Luckily the Director kindly solved the problem for me. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have been able to sign up for my CCAA's Education exams. I hope this lady knows how to treat her clients better since she works with the public and her lack of professionalism, tact and empathy is incredible.
