The treatment is deplorable and customer service in this office is conspicuous by its absence. The cashier raising his voice to older customers who ask for help to make transactions at the ATM, the account executives (who seem to be in a bad mood) sending you to resolve doubts with the cashier who has a queue and they are chatting. They make the excuse that I didn't have an appointment, when what I went to ask was about an ad that popped up at the ATM at that very moment. It doesn't surprise me that they have such a bad rating in the reviews and they rate it as the worst office in Barcelona.
While on vacation outside of my city, they call me from my branch and tell me to stop by the BBVA branch that is closest to me to sign a piece of paper that I needed.
Sadly I have gone to be near the 1019 branch of Barcelona (Travesera de les Corts, 299) and the treatment has been disastrous. It came just as they open, just me and the employees. I have felt transparent. They talked to each other and I waited without anyone deigning to attend to me, like at school with their heads bowed so that I wouldn't ask them. When I have addressed a lady, her response has been that what role was it? that if I wanted a blank piece of paper, he would give it to me. I have told him that if he could look in my account and he has not even bothered. A kinder colleague of his, after warning me that he could give me a piece of paper so that I could give him all my money, looked at my account and told me that there was nothing urgent, that I could go on vacation in peace.

Our experience in this branch has been really unpleasant, I consider that one of the people they have at the window does not have the necessary skills to serve customers. He attended us with an arrogance and an unpleasant dialogue, for a management that does not have any complexity.
