One of the worst experiences i’ve ever had at a bank. One would imagine trying to deposit money at a bank wouldn’t be so stressful! The customer service really lacks here and the cashier is extremely rude and stubborn. Would highly not recommend!
After going through the other reviews, I genuinely dreaded going there when I had to pay a fee to obtain some documents, but it was the nearest office, so I decided to bite the bullet and try. There were a couple of people in front of me, who were promptly helped, after which I got called to the counter. The person at the counter was straight to the point, not excessively polite, not rude either. He didn't know exactly how much I had to pay (as I'd assume he would), but I don't really know if that's his responsibility, so I can't hold it against him. But it only took a quick search to find out and get it done, so I ended up spending less than 10 mintes inside. I did go there around 10 AM, when most people are at work, I assume it gets worse at more crowded hours.
I was worry about all this negative reviews but I had an amazing experience opening a bank account there!! Silvia was very very kind with me, I didn't know Spanish so we were communicating in English with Google Translate! Thank you Silvia!!
Horrible. Nobody EVER answers the phone. The branch is absolutely useless, I requested to relocate my branch weeks ago to a better Bbva office in selva de mar. Did that online. Still nothing . Takes them weeks to consider that. When I tried calling nobody ever answers 🤬

Staff completely overwhelmed. Waited 2.5 hours to pay a tax of 12 euros. Maybe enlength your opening times then (instead of closing at 2pm….)
