Very slow and poor service, ATMs often do not work

My card was blocked due to potentially online fraud. It's OK. Now they cannot unlock it in the same establishment but have to communicate with third parties. In the end, a week ago it was blocked and no one contacted me. I try to call again but no one wants to answer. The truth is that being BBVA and the fees you have to pay there are a shame. You can't resolve anything over the phone at this bank. Loss time.

Great treatment and care. The staff is very efficient and attentive. You can check any issue by phone and solve it remotely or in the office.
