Terrible service, zero desire to answer and resolve people's doubts, they pass us from one place to another without resolving anything, I went to request a credit card and they told me no, due to the short time I have with the card (6 months) and because my income is not enough to request it.
There is a lack of executives, during rush hour the service is inefficient. The new cashiers do not have adequate training and give incorrect information. The person at the entrance serves you with disinterest and does not have adequate information.
