I do not recommend this branch at all. Lack of kindness and total professionalism. I was going because I came to live in Huelva, so that this would be my reference office, but given what I have seen, no. I will go to another or another bank, there are many and friendlier ones.

The Avda, Federico Molina de Huelva branch does not exist and Google continues to show it when you ask for a location and when you arrive you are faced with the fact that this branch is closed, it does not exist.

In this branch they do not serve you well and they do not help you solve your procedures. Besides, they told me other things every time. And it's not just one person, but starting with the director Antonio and continuing with the managers. In addition to having a telephone appointment requested, they do not call you and if you go in person they ask for an appointment that they have to make beforehand by telephone. Here they should give 0 stars because they don't even deserve 1 star. I have finally resolved all my issues with BBVA by investigating myself how it could be resolved and I am happy to no longer be a customer.

Both the office and the director of this branch deny us an appointment to give us the documentation of my deceased relative, basically because they want us to become BBVA clients so that the management is easier.
