They continue with 1 person at the window, plus 40 minutes I have been waiting for them to give me a new passbook... Then the other employees laughed at the bank manager's office and there was a queue of more than 8 people... shameful

Quite more competent than their Sama companions. They have three ATMs (one inside the office) where you can withdraw/enter/pay receipts. They also have two cashiers and four personalized attention tables.
