I am very grateful to the staff of this office, Laura and Rafael. Good, pleasant people, always ready to help and explain everything. Rafael is an excellent hestor who showed his professionalism and helped find a solution to a non-standard issue. Thank you very much again
Bad experience. I had an appointment at 3:00 p.m. (confirmed by email). I show up at minus 20 to arrive on time and Rafael, who is the one I had an appointment with, speaks to me through the glass, telling me that his work hours end at 3:00 p.m. and that he will not see me. I tell him that I have an appointment and he tells me that he knows perfectly well but that he wants to go home at 3:00 p.m. I tell him that it's fine, but it's less than 20, that mine is a very quick procedure and that he has 20 minutes left and he tells me that he's not going to solve it, that I'm deaf. Disrespectful, incredibly unprofessional and I will honestly escalate this complaint as much as possible because that is no way to treat people. Later I received an email canceling my appointment. My time is also valuable, and with this deal I proceed to delete my account with BBVA and move to Sabadell, where the treatment is much more professional, thanks to this character.
If I could I would give it a zero, terrible service, when you arrive nervous to have a big money problem that BBVA has supposedly created solved or explained, the employee does not deign to listen and only repeats that I make an appointment, when I insist loudly, the door The management office closes, the employee tells me that he is not going to attend to me or hear me and puts on headphones to supposedly attend to appointments, but when he saw me talking to customer service on the phone and saying that I wanted to file a claim, apparently if I heard and called the director to come out. Since I would only give him work and I wouldn't charge him any kind of commission, like surely the man from a real estate agency to whom I attended and gave advice perhaps without an appointment, he treated me like that.
Terrible and rude treatment from this person and it was not the first time.
