The worst experience at a bank I have ever experienced or witnessed.saw one bank worker on her phone not helping customers. Another employee communicating via Gmail or checking/using Gmail while supposed to be working. I went on three occasions to verify my details to open an account. The first time told me go away and come back the next day the second day tilde me I needed an appointment and that they didn't have an appointment for another week. Went back for a third time and a different but equally incompetent even more vulgar (if you can believe that could be possible) server told me that they were busy and couldn't do anything.. they don't know how to work or even help people. The checking machine never works and people always skipping the que and going ip to the dest without a ticked because they know the employees. And then they say they will be fast and take a long time. If this is all BBVA'S avoid. But this bank location is truly the worst I have ever experienced.

What rude helpless people in this branch! Disgusting experience, the staff are sitting there chatting, four of them sitting there chatting and I am told I need an appointment to see their brat majestic! Avoid this bank altogether

I add as many already said: worst bank ever. I had a scheduled appointment to verify my NIE for an online account: poor and frustrated worker Jorge wasn’t able to find the appointment and was sending me away. As I was asking for his lastname he got very nervous, super hectic and unfriendly. Not sure what‘s his problem, seems that only sad, frustated poeple work at this branch. For sure I won’t give my money to them, my advice go to a different bank. ING for example is great.

This is the worst bank branch I have ever visited. Staff was rude and reluctant to help in anyway. They didn’t like that I could speak Spanish. No one should ever open an account there. It deserves all the one star reviews it has received.

Arrogant and unmanaged group of amateurs. Unable to open an account here due to zero customer attention and lack of possibilities provided by corporate office e.g digital services. Strongly suggest closing this office. These bunch are ready for retirement
