The treatment is shameful, slow,... "Someone" does not want to work and you pay for it. You request documentation and they give you a post-it but since you do not have the "required" documentation and a DNA test, they do nothing. You ask for information... and they give you just enough (if you're lucky), but nothing official. The emails... without any education, or respect. Do not expect a "hello" or "a greeting". Luckily I don't have to go back!!!

Excellent service, they explained to me the alternatives to the financial product that they tried to sneak me into Kutxa, since then I have worked everything with them and always 10.
