I went to change money into coins and they told me a story about not doing it, in addition to asking for I don't know what for a shipment that cost me €10 and that whatever they told me they would pay me. We also spent about 5 minutes waiting while the boy and girl from the office were laughing in a little room (while other people were also waiting), in total they are open 6 hours a day to sit with the air on. Thank goodness my partner is from Santader, we went to an office that was 5 minutes away and they checked in immediately and without any confusion. The truth is that BBVA is becoming increasingly sad, or at least this office is.

In this branch you receive excellent service, very friendly and willing to help and explain to the customer what they do not know. Highly recommended.
