Not terrible customer service... the following... damaged ATM, you enter and at the cash register, they want to charge you a commission, for withdrawing money, when it is not your problem, but theirs. 2 people to serve a client, empty bank and no interest in working or solving the problem...that's how it goes 👌👌👌

The truth is that it was very bad that I went to the ATM to get money and they asked me for my biometric signature and I couldn't leave. I asked for help from the lady who was serving me in the office, very rude. He didn't give me that option and he didn't care that later a guy who was next door came out but it has already been fixed. It seems to me that the customer service is very deplorable. We have our money and our Payroll like many people who at least have BETTER CARE Because if not, we'll look for another bank.
