They don't help the elderly, when the ATM is out of service, they charge you to withdraw your money from Ventanilla and they tell you that even if the ATM doesn't work, they have to charge you. You have to go make a claim to get that money back. The director of this branch looks like a minister, she only attends you by appointment and even if the office is empty, she is not able to help you. The best management I have done is to cancel the BBVA account.
The director of this branch is dedicated to recriminating and yelling at older people who, due to their circumstances, do not know how to use the ATM and go in to withdraw money from the cashier. Disgraceful behavior of an employee. I will file a formal complaint with BBVA and will reserve any other legal action that may correspond to me by law.
