Not very customer friendly. Gave me 5 seconds to explain what I need, not taking the time to sit down with me. And told me I can only take an account with 60 euro costs and I'm obliged to take out an insurance. Better go to bankinter who opened a cuenta nómina in 15 minutes and were super friendly. I am eligible for a cuenta nómina and knew that before going there.

The unfriendly staff made us wait at the door with two babies for 40 minutes to tell us that our request could not be processed. Also don't speak English, everything is very difficult. Not recommendable.

Honestly, happy with this office and in general with BBVA. Every time I have had a problem they have resolved it quickly, especially Blanca. It has always been by email or by phone, and it is appreciated not having to go in person. In person I have rarely had to go. I try to avoid it because the hours are very limited and queues form. But nowadays for few things you have to travel, we also have the personal manager who can solve anything for me by phone or through the APP. Happy in general.

2 ATMs and only 1 of them can make deposits, yes, it is a lottery. When you go after hours, it is either open or closed, but no one can take it away from you.
