Terrible customer service. I have gone to ask for information to open an account for my sister and enter payroll, the staff has been rude by saying that I did not have an appointment. The place was EMPTY without a single customer. I have gone down to another agency and they have done it without drama and being very kind. Today I came back (because they are next to my house) for some information and they have "done" me again and said that only by appointment and to go to the office where I have the account for information. Honestly, a staff as unproactive as they have presented is that it is understood the closure of so many offices and the migration of everything to online.
You have to request an appointment that is useless because there is no distinction in the queue. Your online advisor gives you a few steps to follow and in person is a different story. Employees at tables without attending to the huge queue. Oh! don't go at breakfast time...
They advise me and I was able to open my account. It is remarkable to know that as a foreigner they provided me with service compared to others. I recommend you

I am a co-owner of an account and when I make a transfer the other person leaves, clearly illegal.
Since Caixa Catalunya was absorbed, they "robbed" me of a series of commissions that have not yet been returned to me. Before, with Caixa Catalunya, I didn't pay anything.
The management of the current branch and its staff are now quite good but that does not take away the pettiness of the entity.
