Unfriendliest staff i have ever seen. Wanted to open an account and was missing 1 paper. They didn’t let me send it by email. Went to the cooyshop across the street to print it and they wouldn’t let me in because it was 14:01 (according to maps they close 14:15). Will not open account

I've tried a couple of banks in Spain and most were pretty bad. But what I experienced at BBVA is hard to believe. My manager only works half the month, the other half you simply won't receive any reply (and she doesn't even have an 'out of office' email set up). But even when you get a reply it's mostly useless. My account was blocked over weeks, with the central helpdesk blaming the branch (and vice versa). This bank is a joke and it's probably only a matter of time until they go out of business. Make sure they don't have your money.

The worst bank ,ever ! The times they show on the google not corespond to the time lines they work , they closes so much more before . Client service with 0 education . Really the worst bank i ever had deal with . Not recomended .

when we moved to BCN 6 months ago we were first in another bank where we experienced many problems. After meeting the BBVA team in Roger de Luria we decided to move our accounts to this branch and since then they've been very helpful even with some complex asks. we recommend them wholeheartedly
