6:30 p.m., 3 ATMs free inside and the door closed with no further information as to why it is. For the cashier on the street, a line of 10 people... I would be ashamed to be responsible for this branch.

They are very kind in customer service.

Impossible to talk to them on the phone. Painful experience with an ATM, on April 30 it got stuck and kept my money and today, May 11, they still haven't returned it to me. I was thinking of becoming a client but it's not going to be like that
