This BBVA is making fun of you. 10:00 p.m. indoor ATMs closed. They leave you 1 external ATM open so you can process whatever you need. Since there are people like me who can only do so at these hours due to work issues. I find that the cashier outside is ''out of service'' and I have to go to the nearest one. 1.5km. The most sensible thing is that if you know that the outside ATM is not working, leave the inside ones operational. Since according to employees of that same BBVA they close so that homeless people do not sneak in to sleep. at 27 degrees? .... Attached photos

Terrible service. Opening time is 8.30am and the office opens about 10 minutes later. And it's as if they don't have a phone, you can call as many times as you want without them taking the calls

It takes an hour each time to get change. Bad organization, lack of staff especially at the box. They should make things easier for small businesses

Correct and quality attention, management completed in a few minutes.
