I used the atm of bbva on 27-06-2019 at 14.28. Trying to withdraw 600euro. My dutch abnamro account was charged for the amount.It didnt come out the atm and untill today i try to call the Office But they never pick up the phone. After 50 calls never!! I Just want my money back. I dont life on Ibiza so this is a serieus anoying situation. You cant reach this people!

Abandoned office, in the middle of summer without air conditioning. Thank goodness there is the Director, very kind, attentive and efficient, who takes care of you. I find it shameful that BBVA leaves the director alone practically to serve almost all the clients. He is fast and efficient, but I think it is an abuse on the part of from the bank. A bittersweet feeling. Bad for the bank and good for the attention of the director, thanks to him you leave satisfied that they have taken care of you and resolved your things.
