Not only is there no cashier service, but most of the times I go there is some incident with the cashiers: either they do not give you the service you need or it is not possible to give you change or they do not provide you with proof. If they do not provide window service, the minimum is impeccable operation of the ATMs. Those of us who knew this office working at full capacity felt nostalgic for the bustling office it was. Now I demand as a customer that the ATMs work well.

It is impossible to contact them through the phone number they provide, not even first thing in the morning. They make you enter your ID to tell you that they cannot answer your call and that you try again later and they never answer you.

I have a company and I haven't been able to make payments for a week because of a technical problem at the bank. It is a problem that has already occurred more times. The person who assists me seems to be on vacation and no one else assists me and in the meantime my company has stopped because of my bank. It is an unprecedented situation.

They never answer the phone to request an appointment and if you show up at the office without an appointment they will not attend to you. Two weeks ago I requested an appointment with a reference telephone number in Madrid and they told me that they would contact this office and call me. Nothing at all. I have called this office again and they do not pick up the phone again. Pathetic.

Good service, organization, cleanliness, it was by appointment, we still waited a while but the service was good 👍 and correct, a spacious place, with cashier service, with ATMs at the entrance...
