Not only did I have to put up with an hour and a half of absurd comments, lies and hesitations, but when I left I even had to put up with the fact that the dummy who attends the window, who has not the remotest idea of ​​his job duties, came out to threaten me at the door. telling me that if he had balls to wait for him in the street, who knows why... although seeing how he was dressed, perhaps he wanted to flirt with me or reaffirm how stupid it is to be served by someone who does not know what to do and only does what they are told Even if what they tell you is wrong. Edited: I've been waiting for more than two months for my manager to answer one of the more than 50 calls, messages or emails. I wish they would respond as quickly as they take the 40 euros for maintenance that they charge me illegally since I have the mortgage with them. White collar thieves!
