Horrible and demeaning customer service, they refused to provide me with a complaint and claim sheet. They even told me (contradicting the regulations) that I COULD NOT LEAVE the entity with the complaint form to deliver it later in the same office. Both the employee who assisted me and the branch director "seemed" to be unaware of the regulations regarding complaints and claims forms of the AC of Andalusia.
Throughout this time the responses of the person who attended me were condescending and did not conform to reality. He lied by saying that the complaint form I submitted was an Official Complaint before the competent authority, and then in a sneaky manner, he told me that he did not know what I was referring to with an "official complaint and claims sheet." I am going to cancel my account, and present the corresponding OFFICIAL CLAIMS SHEET, before the consumer authority.
Horrible attention. They send us from another office in another province to deliver urgent documentation and they do not want to take it from us, nor do they try to help us to manage the process with the APP. They were busy moving the chairs so they could sit more comfortably. An hour later we are going to do it by phone with the help of our manager from the other office.
I have called the office numerous times but they NEVER pick up. At no time.
I've been waiting a month for a debit card. The first time they sent it to Seville since I lived there for several years and when I returned to Granada I personally went to this office to have my address updated. SUPPOSEDLY they had updated it for me. Well no. In Seville that was the card. I go to complain to the office and they not only tell me that it is lost there in Seville and that I have to wait another week for the new one, but also that the person who attends the counter CANCELS my card that was still valid. Result: I am left without any card. Fortunately, having the app, I can withdraw money from the ATM without the card using the passwords. I tell the person who attends the counter (not very resolute and with little desire to work gives me the impression) to please update my address again and he is wrong AGAIN. Last week I asked for a THIRD CARD again and I'm still waiting. And all this I repeat without having any card right now and without being able to do any online management with all that that implies: delays in payments, without the possibility of doing any online management and always being aware of carrying enough cash. If we add to this that the ATMs fail quite regularly (in both cities it doesn't seem like a coincidence) I have little left in this bank.
