Worst staff I have EVER known! Rude doesn't describe it!! Complain to manager, she doesn't even let you speak. Staff in this place will ruin your day. It's like they don't want to see people in their bank.I wish I could give 0 stars!!

I have been using the ATMs for many years and this branch and it is sad yesterday Friday at 11 in the morning there was only one person serving, with the gate closed. When you get them to help you they are very friendly. I don't usually go to the offices and with them So far I have only had PROBLEMS, it is a shame the way the sector is.

I use this office to withdraw money at the ATM, so I can only talk about this. I have been using this ATM for 2 years, which by the way are two ATMs. Normally both work, although last summer, I don't know why, neither of them worked, and the office closed for a few months. But as of today that I publish the review, the BBVA office is open and everything works perfectly.

The other day I asked for a new notebook to be made because mine had worn out and they told me to go to my office on Calle Santiago because with the Covid they couldn't do it for me. I go to Oliveros' office because it takes me closer to my place of work. At that time, it was just me in the office. Today they confirm to me in my office that what I was asking for can be done in any office. Thank you.
