I found this branch to be very helpful and available two times I went there on a short notice.
There is another branch next to my house which is never open to customers. My gestor on phone does nothing as he "can not identify me" so he sends me to the branch. Huh
At the end, this branch helped.
Big Plus: there is lady cashier who speaks Enlgish. Which is very valuable
Yesterday the ATM swallowed my card because it wasn't working properly. Today they kept me in line for 45 minutes to get it back. 45 mins because they have 1 person attending to what should be attended to by 2 people. Summary: I can't withdraw money, they leave me without a card and they have to wait 45 minutes to solve it because they don't know how to manage an office. Furthermore, this ATM does not usually have change.
I do not put a star, because I think I reserve it for worse places. But being a customer of this bank, I have to say that the experience of this branch is terrible. Because of how long it takes, because of the way they treat their clients, because of the trust they take... They have managed to make me feel as if they were doing me a favor. I don't think they understand that the street is full of branches of other banks, and that they should take better care of customers. Luckily this is not my branch so I won't be back...
I have made a request to open an account online and I have just given up on the request after waiting more than an hour to be attended to. I left the office without being attended to. A single person at the checkout and starts talking to customers about personal issues while people are still there waiting for hours to be attended to. It is a real lack of respect for the client. I am very clear that I will never open an account at BBVA.
Terrible service and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Impossible to contact them. Neither by phone, nor by the website, nor by the BBVA call center....you don't get a response
