They don't help at all. If you make an online account, they do not help you with the minimal explanations of using the app.
The office is always empty and it seems like they are teleworking. If they don't attend in person, what are they there for?
Since they inevitably make us use the ATM for any operation, it would be of consideration for the client to review the printing ink for the receipts and the checkbooks. Here they do not have much attention to the client in that aspect.
