The staff have always been lovely, but I am very frustrated that the excuse of COVID is used to close the ATM at night, redirecting customers to another branch. Is it really intended to reduce contagion by concentrating all customers at the same point to get the money?

A 10 for the staff and their attention in this office, I am very happy with the personal and individualized attention they provide. Good service, they also manage and solve in the best possible way any question or doubt or problem you may have.

Lack of punctuality is now the norm
