I am usually I guy who giving 1 star to bank offices. So far I saw so bad and good service. But that brunch changed everything. Most polite and helpful team working there. God bless them

Worst bank i ever had to deal with!! They blocked my account and after i went to resolve the problem in the bank they told me to wait its been 1 month and they wont take my calls because i only speak English!!! Plus the women that answers the calls keep hanging up on me and is so rude. Keep in mind im an international student in barcelona and i need my card to pay for university expenses. If you’re a student and need to open a bank account go to ING !!

Documents all over the place and monitors facing the crowd so all is visible. All so for non clients, if you want to become one. All goes well online, but the waiting time is too long as all clients go first. Reception does not make an effort to help out. You can only come on Tuesday or Thursday to become a client here. With all that I notice…I pass

Terrible service. Only one person works with customer queries—many people in the wait line. A woman on deck spends about 20 minutes on one customer problem. This means 10 people in the line will wait for their assistance for about 3 hours.

BBVA gave me the worst bank service I have ever had. 1H 18m to pay in 2 large notes that cannot be cashed in via the ATM. 1H18m!!!! The tension and frustration amongst those waiting was palpable. I asked for a complaint slip and the employee handed one over with a smirk.
