Terrible service at the checkout, only one person serving and many customers accumulating and there is no room to wait. The teller at this bank is very slow, it seems like she does it on purpose, of course because she is paid for her hours, she serves 20 or a single client in her schedule but it is a lack of respect for other clients to have to wait 2 hours to be served . I was at the branch this morning to collect a settlement that the Oropesa branch was not able to. The girl who assisted me (after this being the 3rd time I have tried to collect it), explained to us how we would proceed, and while I contacted the telephone number of my old position, she went out of her way to help me as much as possible.
A decisive, efficient, pleasant person with a desire to work.
Finally, we were able to collect it. In Castellón, not in Oropesa, where I temporarily reside.
People like her make it a pleasure to serve you.
I sent an email to Arantxa, from the first table, months ago, asking her a question, and she has not answered me. In that bank I have my payroll domiciled and in the end I have to look for my life with the application or with the general customer service telephone number.
Today I went to this office - all excited - to open a Youth account for my son. Disappointing service. Unfortunately they have lost a customer.
A huge line. Only one person, the cashier. Nobody else. I ask if someone can help me to open an account. The cashier kindly invites me to stand in line (~20 minute wait) to make an appointment and..... come back another time.
Yes, of course, I could have opened the online account, but I moved because I wanted to see the service "in situ" before being a customer of this bank.
