3 different days trying to call the office number and they never pick up. For 3 days I have had to go to the office, ask for a number, stand in line, and lose time during work hours that I will have to make up, all for a process that would be resolved with 1 minute on the phone.
Why do they have a phone number if they are never going to answer it?
The man at the cashier doesn't give any help and on top of that he speaks badly to you.
Twice I have been, both times he has spoken to me terribly, terrible customer service!
They are carefree, the blonde lady that they have at the counter is such an edge of the worst that it seems that you are asking for a lung instead of help. I'm still waiting for your call, the cashier ate my money when trying to make a transfer and nothing to return it to me .......... I'm still waiting and not a single call, you call them and they don't answer the blonde makes you sick dude, what is this? I hope they return it to me for good.... 6 days have passed and I don't know anything, what a shame for a bank.
One weekday I could solve my banking problems and despite not having an appointment they have attended me, without rushing, with great kindness and patience. A ten for Isabel, the girl who helped me. It's a pleasure to go to BBVA.
