Wanted to open a banking account. Got a call back from the bank to set up an appointment within the next few days and not weeks unlike the other banks on the island. The lady in charge of setting up the account was very professional spoke English and French. She helped me to set up the mobile banking app on the spot and guided me through the basic functions. Best banking experience on the island so far.

The ATM works, but with the great fee - 1.87 EUR for withdrawal.

Very bad attention. They are getting worse and worse. Today I went at 1pm and the blinds were down. The director was not answering and he was alone. Customer treatment stopped being good and humane since Marga left this office. Since then it's gotten worse and worse. It annoys me because it is our long-standing bank, but they should consider being more human and taking care of their customers. Fortunately, they assisted me in another office very kindly and without giving me any problems.

Bad attention. I've been waiting for a month for a card that hasn't arrived. Online does not let me make transfers or bizum, a solution that fixed my phone, which is why it is not the case since I have opened my BBVA account on another device and it does not work either. Since I don't have a card with my ID, I can withdraw a maximum of €200 a day at the ATM. In person, they can't make transfers or withdraw cash, which is nonsense.

A disaster. I went to make a deposit yesterday and the ATMs were not working, inside there were about 10 people waiting and only one serving. I went again today and more of the same, 10 minutes waiting, no ATMs working and the queue didn't move and on top of that without turning on the air conditioning and people were sweating with all its consequences, it was unbearable so I went to another office.
