DISAPPOINTING. The employees there have less desire to work, which made me have to find my own way to solve my problem (in this case, change the phone number associated with my bank account). The thing started because I arrived and at first they seemed to try to avoid me or make me a wall, until I insisted that they serve me since there was no one waiting, which I achieved but with very bad forms of education on their part, which made me She said that she couldn't change the number for me but that I had to do it at the cashier, and I later asked her how to do it and what was the route of options that I had to follow, which she replied that she had no idea and told me. She began to give instructions (which according to her she BELIEVED to be so) that in the end were all wrong. Anyway, two employees at the bank for nothing, since I had to be at the ATM tapping and trying random options until I could change my phone number. This occurred on September 13, 2022 at approximately 10:50

The man who is at the counter seems to have no education or heart for calling him in some way, not helping an elderly person who does not know how to make a deposit at an ATM...... it is shameful and humiliating, I hope it does not happen to him. No family member of yours or humiliate him like you have done, make him cry.....what a shame not to be able to tell him two things.....I have called to tell him personally but they don't even bother, the worst thing is that they didn't have anyone in the house. It didn't help me, it just told me to try online. And when will I ask the second time that I cannot open my account online, because I am not Spanish and I do not have an ID number. He told me to call for help on the online number. And when I call, he told me to go to the office. Unprofessional and unhelpful.

A single cashier in the office and a director catching flies, lines and prior appointments that drag on in time. And they say it's because of covid. What a fabric.
